Okay so I have an update. Tonight we went to try our luck again to see WALL-E. Obviously we went to a different theater. It went off without a hitch thankfully. I haven't seen all the Pixar films but I thought this one was pretty comparable with the ones I had seen – meaning pretty darn good. Even a viewer as jaded as me was able to enjoy it. Some of the bleak early scenes were amazing. Inevitably it becomes a little conventional towards the end but whatever. It gets my full recommendation.

Peace out, yo.

Hey guys! Sorry the show didn't turn out well. At least Jenn is feeling better, and, from what I've heard, things have cooled down there. Hope all is well and I'll give you two a buzz the next time I plan on coming down.

Funny story: Tonight some fellow mofos and I were waiting in line to see a 10:45 showing of WALL-E. Yes, WALL-E. Anyway he got our white @$$es there at like 930ish. Perhaps somewhat wisely we bought our tickets at like 7 or something. We are standing there waiting for almost an hour in the theater's foyer – because they wouldn't let anyone in that early. The line is getting longer and longer but we were near the front (thankfully one of us was paranoid and insisted we get there over an hour early because it was a “Pixar” film). So around 10:20 the lights go out in the whole theater. It was at this time that the Runts I had stowed away in my jacket to sneak in started spilling out all over the floor. Everyone could hear them scattering across the floor. It was dark so it took me a minute to stop the flow of Runts from the box in my jacket pocket (which I was holding). Around this time one of my friends started cheering “WALL-E! WALL-E! WALL-E! WALL-E!” at the top of his lungs. Most of the line joined in. Soon the emergency lights came on but people were leaving the screening rooms (not a good sign). Most of us were determined to stay and hopefully wait it out to see if they would still show it, but slowly and surely people started to fall out of line to get their refunds and leave. We were going to stick it out though no matter what. Forty five minutes later(we were now first in a line that consisted of like 7 other people besides ourselves) a manager comes out and tells us that they won't be showing WALL-E after all and that we should keep our tickets for a future screening. As we turned disillusioned and numb to leave, I saw that most of the Runts had been trampled on and turned to powder. It looked like Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins had like had a fight there and dropped their “supplies”. I guess you just had to be there.

Fuck WALL-E

I hope everyone is OK now. Maybe Jen's tired from virtually coming on my road trip with me!

I think EP Bunny might have to have a chat to Vanya and see who is the best Bunny on the podcasting interweb thingo!
