Questioning why you're doin'podcasts is normal, seems like it happens to everybody after about 7 months. Get over it. And forget about those electric assisted bikes, they're for old people. Just get a regular one and learn how to ride it, it's not that hard.

WHAT!?

Shawno, don't get so discouraged on doing the Podcasts. This is the second show I hear you questioning doing podcasts. Keep doing them if you like to do them. It sounds that you like to do them. As long as you like doing them, you will always have an audience.

You know, I feel like I started late doing my podcasts. I am about to do episode 15 this Sunday. You are pretty much at 50. That's great. Well, I know I started questioning doing podcasts, as well. "What's the point? Who is going to listen?" No, no, no, my friend. People will listen. The only problem I see is that there just is not enough podcast listeners. How many people do you know that say "Podcasts? You mean the iPod?"

Adam Curry (in his DSC Show) recently announced a study that says that only about 12% of internet users (not sure on the statistic) listens to Podcasts. Dude, how much of that pie do you think you can get?

Keep doing them. I like your show. AND, I like your analog show too. Who cares if it's not using your Alesis. There is no hiss or noise and you sound clear with your analog setup. I think that's what matters most. It's live and real.

Last, it's not true that posting in other people's blog/podcasts website will not bring listeners. I started listening to your show only because Jen posted a comment on Rich Heisinger's Radio Bong podcast. So there, proof that a post at least got one listener.

Anyway, great show. If you record it, I will listen.

By the way, I am going to be sending you an MP3 with a voice comment so you can play in your show. I hate leaving phone-in comments. It's time to move on away from that low fidelity thingy.

Later. . .
